Welcome to the Blood Sugar Tracker mobile application (the “App”), developed to help individuals track, record, and analyze their blood sugar levels. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you (“User” or “You”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of the App (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Use of the App

The App is intended for lawful, personal, and non-commercial use only. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • You will not use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

  • You will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App or any related software.

2. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The Blood Sugar Tracker App is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

  • The App is designed solely for informational and self-monitoring purposes.

  • No information in the App should be interpreted as medical advice or used as a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider.

  • You should never disregard, avoid, or delay obtaining medical advice from your doctor or other qualified health provider due to any information provided by this App.

  • You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any health decisions made based on your use of the App.

We are not liable for any medical, health, or lifestyle decisions you make using the App or for any adverse outcomes as a result of such decisions.

3. Subscription Terms

The App offers optional in-app subscriptions for premium features:

  • Weekly Subscription: $3.99/week

  • Yearly Subscription: $24.99/year

Billing and Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

We are not responsible for any subscription charges or issues arising from your failure to cancel on time.

No refunds or partial credits will be provided for unused subscription periods or accidental purchases.

4. Lifetime Purchases

If you have previously made a non-consumable (lifetime) purchase through Apple, restoring that purchase should automatically activate your entitlement.
Please use the “Restore Purchases” function in the app.

We are not responsible for lost purchases due to deleted accounts, Apple ID changes, or refusal by Apple to validate your transaction.

5. User Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The App may collect anonymized or user-entered health-related data solely to provide its intended functionality.

By using the App, you consent to:

  • The collection and local or remote storage of data required for the App to function.

  • The potential sharing of anonymized usage data to improve the user experience.

We do not sell or share your personal health data with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information within the App.

  • In no event shall we, our affiliates, licensors, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

    • Loss of data

    • Health-related incidents

    • Inaccurate tracking results

    • Device malfunctions or software bugs

    • Subscription billing errors

Use of this App is at your own risk.

7. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the App (or any part of it) without notice.

  • Update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
