b. Camera & Microphone Access

If the app uses your device’s camera or microphone (e.g., to scan cards or record audio), this access is strictly used for in-app functionality. No photo, video, or audio is collected or stored externally unless you explicitly share or save it.

c. Photo Library Access

If you choose to import images from your photo library, we only access the images you select. We do not access or collect your entire photo gallery.

d. Subscription & Purchase Data

When you purchase a subscription through the App Store, we may receive confirmation from Apple that a transaction has occurred. We do not receive your billing details, credit card number, or Apple ID email.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Improve functionality and user experience

  • Monitor performance and fix bugs

  • Provide subscription access and verify entitlements

  • Deliver features that depend on user interaction (e.g. scanning, saving, analytics)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. However, we may use trusted third-party services (like Firebase) for analytics, performance monitoring, and crash reporting.

4. Your Choices

  • You can disable camera, microphone, or photo access at any time in your device settings.

  • You can opt out of analytics via your iOS device's “Limit Ad Tracking” or “Privacy” settings.

  • You can cancel subscriptions at any time via the App Store.

5. Data Retention

We retain anonymized analytics data for a limited period to improve our services. Any user-generated content stored locally (e.g. scanned cards) remains on your device unless explicitly backed up or deleted by you.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Any changes will be posted within the app or on our website. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
