This policy applies to all our applications, including Utilities, Health & Fitness, Education, and Productivity categories.
By downloading and using our Apps, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
A. Automatically Collected Data (Analytics & Diagnostics)
We use trusted third-party services (such as Google Analytics for Firebase) to collect anonymized usage data. This helps us understand how the App is used and improve stability. Data collected includes:
Device model, operating system version, and region.
App usage patterns (e.g., screens visited, session duration).
Crash reports and performance diagnostics.
Note: This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
B. User-Generated Content & Features
Camera & Audio: If the App requires camera or microphone access (e.g., for scanning documents, identifying objects, or voice commands), this data is processed locally on your device. We do not upload your photos, videos, or audio recordings to our servers unless you explicitly choose to share or back them up using a cloud feature.
Photo Library: We only access specific images that you explicitly select to upload or edit within the App. We do not scan your entire library.
C. Subscriptions & Purchases
Payments are processed directly by the Apple App Store. We do not have access to your credit card information, billing address, or Apple ID password.
We may use third-party tools (such as RevenueCat) to validate your receipt and manage your subscription status. These services only receive an anonymous user ID or transaction token.
2. Health & Fitness Data (Specific to Health Apps)
For applications that integrate with Apple’s HealthKit or track health-related metrics (such as blood glucose, steps, or heart rate):
Collection: We may request permission to read or write data to the Apple Health app to provide core functionality.
Privacy: Health data is stored locally on your device or in your private iCloud container.
Zero-Sale Policy: We do not use your health data for advertising, marketing, or data mining purposes. We do not sell your health data to third parties.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the limited data we collect to:
Provide the core features of the App (e.g., calculating health metrics, scanning cards, organizing timetables).
Verify your premium subscription status.
Fix bugs and optimize App performance based on crash logs.
Comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. However, we may share anonymized data with the following types of service providers to operate the App:
Analytics Providers: To understand app performance (e.g., Firebase).
Subscription Managers: To handle receipt validation (e.g., RevenueCat).
Cloud Storage: If the app offers sync features, data may be stored using services like iCloud or secure cloud databases.
5. Your Rights and Choices
Permissions: You can revoke the App’s access to your Camera, Microphone, Photo Library, or Health Data at any time via your device’s Settings app.
Opt-Out: You can opt out of analytics tracking via your device’s Privacy settings.
Deletion: If the App requires account creation, you may request the deletion of your account and associated data directly within the App settings or by contacting us at the email below.
6. Children’s Privacy
Unless explicitly stated in a specific App’s description (e.g., an App specifically for Kids), our Apps are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information.
7. Data Retention
We retain anonymized analytics data for a reasonable period to improve our products. User-generated content (such as scanned cards or health logs) is stored on your device. If you delete the App, this local data is removed immediately.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the App settings or on our support page. Your continued use of the App confirms your acceptance of the updated policy.
